Nick Diaz’s Attorney Counters NSAC on Falsified Pre-Fight Form Allegation

After Nick Diaz's camp revealed their intention to challenge the Nevada State Athletic Commission's allegation that he tested positive for marijuana following his UFC 143 tilt against Carlos Condit, the NSAC released an inflammatory statement alleging that, in addition to testing positive, Diaz lied on his pre-fight questionnaire. Diaz's attorney took exception with their statement.
